Package Protection.
There are 2 kinds of Package Protection that we offer
1. Shipping Protection: With shipping protection, you are protected against all damaged goods. This means that if you receive the product with damages that may have happened during shipping or handling you may be eligible for return exchange or partial refund depending on the kind of damage and the proof submitted. (This process must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.)
2. Full Protection: With Full Protection, you get everything that is included in the Shipping Protection + you are also eligible for a refund if the order is not delivered within the maximum timeframe mentioned in our shipping policy.
The maximum time frame is not the estimated timeframe for each shipment method. It is the maximum time for any order to deliver which will be 60 business days (unless otherwise specified in the policy). Once the 60 business days pass by and you did not receive the order you may ask for a full refund through our returns center.
